Prenatal – Age 2

Prenatal

During pregnancy, regular checkups are essential. This consistent care can help keep you and your baby healthy, spot problems if they occur, and prevent problems during delivery. During the first trimester, your body undergoes many changes. Hormonal changes affect almost every organ system in your body. If you have been pregnant before, you might feel differently this time around. Most women find the second trimester of pregnancy easier than the first. You might notice that symptoms like nausea and fatigue are going away. Before this trimester is over, you will feel your baby beginning to move. You’re in the home stretch! Some of the same discomforts you had in your second trimester will continue as the baby grows.

0-3 Months

Parenting is full of ups and downs. It is a tough ride but your love for your child will be the anchor that will see you through it all. There are no right answers, trust your instincts and enjoy the ride.

3-6 Months

A baby will make love stronger, days shorter, nights longer, bankrolls smaller, home happier, the past forgotten and the future worth living for.

6-9 Months

Behind every young child who believes in themselves, is a parent who believes in them first.

1 Year

There will be many times you feel like you have failed. But, in the eyes, heart, and mind of your child you are a superhero.

2 Years

If you raise your children to feel that they can accomplish any goal or task they decide upon, you will have succeeded as a parent, and you will have given your children the greatest of all blessings. At birth, the average baby’s brain is about a quarter of the size of the average adult brain. Incredibly, it doubles in size in the first year. It keeps growing to about 80% of adult size by age 3 and 90% – nearly fully grown – by age 5.
